RePoly Granules Ltd. has spent 15 years mastering the science of turning problematic waste plastics into high-performance raw materials. Our feedstock comes from manufacturing scrap, rejected parts, and post-consumer collection streams — material that would otherwise end up in landfill.
We invest heavily in sorting, washing, and quality-control infrastructure so that our granules compete directly with virgin resin on purity and consistency — at a fraction of the carbon footprint.

The Granulation
Process Line
From bulk waste to certified granule in four precision stages. Each machine is sized for throughput, particle control, and maximum uptime.
Jaw Crusher
Primary size reduction for bulky post-industrial plastics waste. Handles bales, blocks, and large rigid materials with up to 600 mm feed size. Hardened steel jaws resist wear from metal-contaminated streams.
Industrial Grinder
Secondary size reduction converting plastic chips into uniform flake stock. Precision interchangeable screens give controlled particle size distribution from 4 mm to 25 mm. Integrated cyclone removes fine dust.
Twin-Screw Extruder
Core of the granulation line. Co-rotating twin screws melt, homogenise, and filter the polymer melt before precision strand die pelletisation. Continuous screen changer maintains output without line stops.
Testing Laboratory
In-house QC lab validates every production batch before release. MFI, density, ash content, colour measurement, and contamination screening ensure granules meet exact buyer specifications and regulatory requirements.
