RePoly Granules Ltd. has spent 15 years mastering the science of turning problematic waste plastics into high-performance raw materials. Our feedstock comes from manufacturing scrap, rejected parts, and post-consumer collection streams — material that would otherwise end up in landfill.

We invest heavily in sorting, washing, and quality-control infrastructure so that our granules compete directly with virgin resin on purity and consistency — at a fraction of the carbon footprint.

Core of the granulation line. Co-rotating twin screws melt, homogenise, and filter the polymer melt before precision strand die pelletisation. Continuous screen changer maintains output without line stops.
